New in Grapevine: December 2025

As 2025 comes to a close, we have plenty to celebrate. From expansions and new store openings to the ongoing success of longtime favorites in Grapevine, this year was another entry in the long list of excellent ones for our community. And a few more businesses snuck into the market just in time for Christmas Capital festivities! Here's a sampling of our newest (and most recently updated) establishments:

Renowned International Retailer Makes Its Mark on the Mills

Famous for its fabulous prices and quality products, Primark has arrived in Grapevine. The Irish retailer is expanding throughout the US and now operates four stores in Texas, but ours is the first and only in DFW. With over 44,000 square feet of space, Primark Grapevine is sure to offer something for everyone at a price anyone can afford… and staff at the Mills say their new tenant is a prime example of quality shopping available throughout the center.

NuCiti Capital Gets NuOffices in the Historic District

Best known for their work on the Brownstones along Dallas Road, NuCiti Capital has committed to our market with a new office lease beside the historic B&D Mills. The small suite they'll now occupy will be the center point of huge developments around North Texas, and we're confident they'll be committed to working at the level of quality on display in their high-end townhomes nearby.

Never Too Many Cooks in This Kitchen

Cook Children's pediatric primary care relocated into a 6,656 square-foot medical office suite near Baylor Scott & White Hospital. Existing patients will already be familiar with the wide range of care offered at the clinic, and there's a good chance the practice will benefit from proximity to other physicians, too. It's fairly common to see medical users cluster together… sort of like mixing ingredients together into a tasty soup. Ok, we promise that's the last culinary metaphor we'll be applying to this team of doctors.

Make Goodell an Ally of the Great

Main Street has a new family therapy option in Kate Goodell, a licensed counselor offering a variety of services for individuals and families. Kate is friendly and approachable, with an emphasis on narrative therapy and a background in faith-based service, so we expect her couch to be fairly comfortable for anyone in need of a good conversation. Also, she's a native Texan who likes books, sunshine, and adventure... so she'll fit in perfectly.

The Only Bathroom Headline You'll Ever Need

Listen, nobody wants to talk about toilets and the sanitation thereof. But if you find yourself needing to talk about that… you've probably got a serious problem on your hands. (Maybe wash them again?). The team at Microshield does the dirty work for a whole host of clients who need their bathrooms not only to look and smell clean, but to actually be as close to pristine as a water closet can get. So if the shields around your restroom are starting to power down, you might consider hiring this crew for a little Koba-washy Maru.
