Historic Commercial Façade Grant Program
The Historic Commercial Façade Grant Program is designed to support the preservation and enhancement of historic commercial buildings within the City of Grapevine. This program provides financial assistance to property owners for exterior improvements that maintain and restore the architectural character of historic properties, helping strengthen the visual identity and economic vitality of the Historic Township.
Program Overview
Funding Available:
- Up to $10,000 per rehabilitation project
- Provided as a 50% matching reimbursement grant
Eligible Projects:
- Exterior façade restoration, preservation, or reconstruction
- Improvements to buildings 50+ years old or within the Historic Township
- Work must maintain or restore historic character
Additional Details:
- Funds are reimbursed after project completion and approval
- Projects must be completed within 12 months of award
- Applications are evaluated based on project quality and alignment with program goals
How to Apply
Applicants must complete the grant application and submit all required documentation, including project details, cost estimates, and supporting materials such as photos or drawings.

Applicants must meet with staff from the Convention and Visitors Bureau for review before submitting. All completed applications must be submitted:
