Blog, News, 2026

The Grapevine economy is built on family-friendly entertainment, quality dining, and a retail market with room for everyone. That's been the goal for roughly half a century now, and it's hard to imagine there being much room for improvement at this point… but making great things even better is the job here in the Economic Development department, so we're always happy to celebrate unique and powerful new business openings. Here's a sampling of stores that just hit the market:

Pottery Barn Opens Its Double-Doors to a Stampede of Shoppers

Grapevine shoppers have been eagerly awaiting the Pottery Barn Outlet ever since construction plans were made public months ago, and their long wait finally ended in late May. The new shop in Towne Center offers everything from slightly damaged furniture to beloved pantry staples from the parent company catalogue. As an outlet store, the place is likely to have an ongoing inventory rotation that should keep guests coming back to explore and hunt for deals regularly. Probably the most exciting barn raised in our City this century.

There's Only One Option for Premia Service in IT

In the world of fashion and pop culture, the “It Girl” is a constantly evolving persona that captures the ethos (and consumer appeal) of a generation, commanding constant attention and demand. In the world of business-essential services, the same can be said of IT professionals. Pretty much every modern company needs Information and Technology services, so the proposal at IT Premia is straightforward: why not hire the best? After all, when it comes to creative problem-solving and proactive support, you want a team that's famous for quality, not just for being famous.

Collectors Will Want to POP By Grapevine Mills This Summer

If you spent a good portion of last year trying to understand Labubu, this one is NOT for you. Everyone else: your favorite collectibles are now available in one convenient location at Grapevine Mills, with roughly 1,500 more square feet of inventory than the tiny vending machines and online marketplaces you're used to stalking.  POP MART has taken the country by storm, and - like all wise brand strategists - quickly identified Grapevine's destination entertainment district as an ideal home. From DC Comics to Harry Potter and a host of characters your kids recognize instantly, you can expect to find at least a few familiar plastic faces there this summer.

A3K Imports to Make Grapevine a Little More Indialicious

Industrial users are restricted to a fairly small portion of Grapevine by ordinance, but tenants with a mix of office and warehouse space thrive in the area immediately surrounding DFW International Airport and the major highways that intersect in the heart of the City. A3K Imports, LLC is no exception. Best known for their Indialicious brand, the company will be moving a delightful assortment of sauces, spices, and prepared foods through our community for the foreseeable future. Great news for fans of flavors from paneer and far.

Baseball Lifestyle 101 Steals a New Home at the Mills

Between our immaculate facilities and championship-caliber local teams, it's safe to say that Grapevine is a baseball town; it makes sense that Baseball Lifestyle 101 would set up an experiential retail store in the middle of our world-famous shopping center. Born from the kind of passion that only America's Pastime can generate, Baseball Lifestyle combines love of the game with fun, trendy fashion for shoppers of all ages. For our money, this is the best thing to happen to the sport since MLB instituted the pitch clock
