New in Grapevine: March 2025

News, Blog
There are plenty of budding businesses to celebrate here in Grapevine as we wait for Texas weather to get the memo that Spring has sprung! In this season of renewal, we felt it was only appropriate to highlight new tenants who are backfilling or remodeling a space alongside those who might be able to help you step into greener pastures in 2025. Here are a few new or expanding companies in Grapevine, according to the most recent Certificates of Occupancy issued by City Hall…
Daan Today, Hara Tomorrow
Given the prolific success of Grapevine Mills, it's easy for great restaurants in the area to get lost in the shuffle. In the last few months, the ring road beside the City's most potent shopping center has been steadily picking up steam. Pollo Regio and Applebee's aren't the only fresh dining options in the area: the former Daan Sushi has closed and will soon reopen as Hara Sushi. There aren't a lot of details available yet, but sushi sleuths who want to stay on top of this story as it develops can register for updates at harasushitx.com.
Grapevine Enters Phase One with Biopharma AI
Artificial Intelligence has dominated headlines since ChatGPT launched at the end of 2022, with analysts and experts predicting an exponential boost to myriad sectors in the years ahead. Phase One AI is hoping to lead the pack on the medical front. Now located on Lancaster Drive, Phase One leverages AI to project early clinical trial results into their third phase. If you're like us (slightly removed from the pharmatech space) and you need a quick shorthand for why that matters, here's our best summary: some fancy math could save billions of dollars and decades of development time by forecasting which clinical trials are most likely to bear fruit.
America's Got Talent, But Grapevine's Got Five
Got a creative endeavor in need of its own Golden Buzzer moment? Five Talents Entertainment might be the perfect partner. Given their focus on faith-based film, performing arts, and music, we suspect their name comes from a Biblical parable about resource management rather than a reality competition. Either way, we're pretty sure it's worth taking an interest.
A New Resource for Staffing in Grapevine
If ever a month goes by without us bragging about the diversity of Grapevine's economy, please file a Concerned Citizens' Report. We love the Destination Attractions that form the core of our community but the real strength of the local market is the interaction of all sectors here, including potent logistics and material handling concepts that make the most of local infrastructure. Those industries are almost always hiring, which makes the staffing experts at Resource Employment Solutions exactly what they proclaim themselves to be: an excellent resource.
Expansion Makes Grapevine the Action Behavior (Epi)Center
Three years after arriving in South Grapevine, Action Behavior Centers is expanding! Their behavioral therapy office on Champagne Boulevard will remain in place, but the regional team is adding office inventory on SW Grapevine Parkway to their portfolio. The company boasts nearly 60 locations in the metroplex; offering Autism screenings, center-based behavioral training, and after-school programs for families of children who need individualized care. And now the whole ABA family will share a roof in the heart of DFW!
Bonus: It was BBQ, Fed the Beast
Typically, we select five new businesses to highlight… but this one was too unique to skip. Local food truck King Kong Wings and Tacos now has a residency at Grapevine Ford! According to their permits, the 500-square-foot kitchen will be a sublease within the dealership, no doubt offering all kinds of tasty treats that make it easy to wait while your tires are being rotated. There's no official menu posted yet, but all the photos on social media have our mouths watering like a broken radiator.
