New in Grapevine: February 2025

1 Feb 2025
Blog, News
Most years, January and February are slow months for business growth. Entrepreneurs and large employers often push for big returns in December and take the early weeks of a new year to evaluate and strategize, so it's rare to see a wealth of late winter activity. But Certificates of Occupancy issued at the star of 2025 show healthy expansion here in Grapevine. Some of the latest round comes from delayed reporting or moves that have been in the works for a while, but that won't stop us from celebrating! Here are a few of the movers and shakers who just arrived or expanded here in our community:
Grapevine Portillo's Looking to Be Top Dog
If you made it this far without hearing about Portillo's, we admire your commitment to moderating social media consumption. The popular Chicago-based chain has exploded onto the scene in DFW, and Grapevine got its very own store with an innovative “restaurant of the future” design. The new concept at the corner of Main St and Highway 114 is smaller than your standard Portillo's but optimized to provide the same scrumptious favorites and quality service regardless. Good luck moderating your consumption of their chocolate cake!
Below Zero Gets 100 in Our Book
Even though they're consistently near capacity, something new seems to arrive at Grapevine Mills every month. This time, it's a trendy cold and light therapy spa with personalized consultations and a full-service beauty bar. You'll find every treatment you can imagine in this 1,606-square-foot store just beyond the Rainforest Cafe, and we fully expect Below Zero to become Grapevine's hottest spot for chilling out.
Distribution Dreams Get Their Brilliant Fulfillment in Grapevine
Logistics companies love Grapevine for its central location and easy access to DFW International Airport, so it's no surprise that Brilliant Fulfillment stepped into the market. Boasting temperature-controlled warehouses, real-time inventory tracking, and dedicated customer service, the team at Brilliant has probably helped you out before: they work with some of the industry's largest e-commerce providers, including Shopify and WooCommerce. Now, they'll be filling your basket until your cup overfloweth from right next door.
Aero is Always Trending in the Heart of DFW
As a combination consultant/inventory specialist, Aerotrends Aviation is committed to boosting the wind beneath your wings. An accredited member of the Aviation Suppliers Association (ASA), they'll be serving a broad coalition of customers from their combination warehouse and office setup on Texas Trail. In fact, given their specialization in quality aftermarket parts, the wind beneath your wings is probably the only part of your flight experience they can't provide!
Local Businesses Are Making Moves in 2025
