There's no better time to launch a retail business than the height of Holiday Shopping Season, and there's no better place than the Christmas Capital of Texas! Multiple retailers just opened their doors here in Grapevine, with everything from cowboy boots to wedding rings on deck for the last month of the year. As usual, we've taken a representative sampling from the Certificates of Occupancy issued in the last thirty days for you to peruse.

This is One Store That'll Never Get the Boot

When it comes to Westernwear, few distributors have the sterling reputation of Cavender's Boot City. Their 22,011 square feet of retail space at Grapevine Mills account for more than a third of the inventory added to our City here at the end of 2024, and they won't be wasting an inch of that space. Expect wall-to-wall work wear, accessories, and (of course) boots when you arrive… not to mention a slightly lighter wallet on the way home.

They're Coming to Liberate Your Pharmacist's Computer

Headquartered in Southlake with a satellite campus on Northwest Highway, Liberty Software will be expanding their offices in Grapevine. A representative for the company told us they hoped to put the entire development team under one roof to facilitate better collaboration, and we can't think of a better spot. While their products are geared toward streamlining pharmacy services, we're hoping the Dev team likes sweet treats: Milkshake Factory and Feng Cha teahouse are officially signed on as neighbors.

Why Upgrade When You Can Plus?

If you're the frugal sort who likes to fix your own devices - or a tech geek who prefers to build from scratch - eTech Parts Plus is an awesome resource. They carry affordable parts for commonly used devices that will make you wonder why you paid the clerk at your tech service counter so much to swap the battery in your phone. And thanks to their new warehouse and office behind Sam's Club, you  probably won't be the only one thinking that.

Almost Definitely In-Network

It can be tough to find a physician who cares about you and accepts your insurance, but Community First Primary Care is set up to serve as many patients as possible. Part of a network that includes offices in Carrolton and Sherman, the doctors at Community First can handle in-person and digital appointments for most basic medical needs. Wound care, palliative care, and specialist referrals are all available… although we hope you don't need any of that in the year ahead!

Gems and Bands to Marc Any Occasion

You likely haven't heard of Marc Robinson Jewelers, specialists in everything from diamonds to luxury accessories, but they've been making their way to North Texas for some time. The new store at Grapevine Mills will be their fifth location, with two more in the Texas Hill Country, another in Tyler, and one in Ontario, Canada. The whole inventory is available for perusal online, but for something this special you'll probably want to make an appointment at their only store in DFW.
