News, Blog, 2026
There are no bad months to open any kind of business in Grapevine, but every now and then, the City sees a surge of companies from a specific industry. This month, medical users and supply chain boosters dominated the Certificate of Occupancy list… and the local economy remains powerfully diverse. The following curated summary of new business openings proves it.
C&O Supply Plans to Power the Data Center Boom
National (and global) economic trends point toward a surge in demand for computing power in the next decade or two, with data center projects springing up at a steady clip in anticipation of market expansion. Grapevine doesn't have the available acreage needed to host one of those sprawling developments, but C&O Supply chose this market as a nimble link within the supply chain that supports them. The startup aims to be a primary supplier of much-needed cabling for new builds across the country, occupying almost 300,000 square feet of combined office/warehouse space here in Grapevine, and projects to be a major contributor to the City's overall sales tax revenue as a result.
Pylant Medical Finds Its Feet in Grapevine
While their space is a combination office and warehouse, you won't see too many forklifts at Pylant Medical. Because their team provides both orthopedic supplies and training, Pylant's Grapevine facility is designed to do more than house implants and surgical devices. They'll be training surgeons, clinic employees, and patients on-site, too! The company holds several exclusive distribution rights within the field and places a high priority on scientifically-backed recovery, all with the stated goal of “helping surgeons treat their patients better.”
Washburn Audiology is Here to Serve Friends, Romans, Countrymen…
In an evolution of Mark Antony's famous request, the folks at Washburn Audiology want you to lend them your ears, specifically so they can repair them. Incorporated under their lead Audiologist's name, but operating as Love to Hear Again, the group practices holistic medicine with a focus on anything and everything involving human hearing. From tinnitus to balance issues, Dr. Elyssa Washburn and Dr. Kristen Crawford are dedicated to solving your problems… right ear and now.
Baylor Scott & White Opens New Day Neuro Clinic
The medical offices clustered around our community's largest hospital have been undergoing a continuous glow-up for a while, and their outpatient neurology clinic is the latest office to get an upgrade. We recognize that those services aren't the kind you generally seek out on a weekend retreat, but reliable access to essential services is part of Grapevine's superior quality of life. When a resident needs dedicated help to recover from illness or injury, it means the world to them to have a resource just down the street.
GRACE + EMMA Will Bring Apparel + Accessories to Main Street
Following a well-earned retirement, Ruthie Jane's Boutique is now GRACE + EMMA! Part of the Southern Grace Apparel portfolio, the backfilled boutique will bring fresh options to the Historic District without losing any of the area's distinctive, visitor-friendly charm. The sisters behind the brand are intentional about welcoming customers, providing trendy, comfort-focused clothing of all sizes, and giving back to educators! You can browse their inventory or learn more by hitting the link above, but let's be honest… you're going to want to try at least a few things on. Why not stop in + say "hi?"
