New in Grapevine: September 2025

Blog, News
From rebrandings to new owners and operators, this month brings no shortage of startups around Grapevine. Certificates of Occupancy issued in the last cycle include distribution centers, retailers, professional services, and short-term leases (s/o Spirit Halloween). For a full list, we recommend checking information posted at grapevinetexas.gov. In the meantime, our staff pulled a sampling that shows off the diversity of the market:
Karma and Kocktails Starts a New Cycle on Main Street
The restaurant in Suite 50 at 120 S Main St has officially changed names, shifting away from a high-end, Italian-infused menu toward a more eclectic batch of Nepali and Indian dishes with diverse price points. While the former Teatro had plenty of fans, their updated format – Karma & Kocktails – provides an option that's been missing from the overall Grapevine market and should complement the rest of the Historic District. Eagle-eyed visitors may also spot a soft opening offer for a cocktail on the house in the early weeks of the rebrand. Definitely good karma.
Hargrove Roofing Moves in On Main
Established in 2017, Hargrove Roofing serves a dozen metropolitan areas in the Southern United States, with its DFW offices now located just down the street from City Hall. Lest anyone confuse them with a faceless corporation, however, the company emphasizes quality technicians and personal service to ensure you “Know Who's On Your Roof” from the moment you book them. Offering everything from inspection to installation, the team at Hargove is definitely ready to raise the roof.
Nearly a Third of New Space is Nazdar
Grapevine has over 60,000 square feet of updated inventory on the market this month, and 18.5k of it belongs to Nazdar. The company specializes in ink technology and graphic services, with options for textiles, screen printing, and industrial users. Their new combination office and warehouse on Minters Chapel will bolster a strategy of localized distribution that keeps the company efficient enough to be "the nation's top supplier." You've got to be pretty good at what you do to be confident enough to print something like that in ink.
The Refinery Moves Into Dance Studio Spotlight
The former Lifesong Studio space on Ira E Woods will see new life as a dance studio and performance center called The Refinery. The company's web presence is as mysterious as it is classy, but Pilates, Heels, and Contemporary sessions are already available for those looking to book. Curious customers can also peek behind the curtain on Instagram. Full disclosure: our staff nearly dislocated a hip just watching the latest performance video.
Main Street's Latest Landmark
Grapevine residents and Main Street Regulars have been watching the 623-square-foot space next to Nomad ever since Bull Lion Winery relocated to the building next door. After several months of work, Landmark Coffee had a successful soft opening at the end of August and officially received their Certificate of Occupancy on the 26th. Folks are already raving about the menu offerings Brady and Whitney Johnson put together… but it's safe to say their unofficial trainee stole the show on opening day.
