New in Grapevine: May 2025

News, Blog
Every month, new businesses choose Grapevine (and existing ones double down), so we make it our mission to celebrate that growth in all its forms! Here are a few of the concepts that opened or expanded here in our wonderful City, according to Certificates of Occupancy issued within the last month.
Gaylord Texan Stokes the Fire at Old Hickory
The Hospitality industry can be challenging, but the willingness of the Gaylord Texan team to add 3,370 square feet to their steakhouse signals a powerful market here in Grapevine. Old Hickory is one of the City's largest restaurants, encompassing over 16,000 square feet now that renovations are complete, and you can bet the place will be packed consistently due to the hotel's reputation for great stays and incredible events. Reservations are available now if you want a closer look at the New Old Hickory.
Specialty Grocers Set Up Their Supply Chains
Neither operator currently has a physical store in Grapevine, but Wild Fork and UAC International opened offices in the community last month. You may recognize the former as a frozen food boutique, specializing in blast frozen proteins and select sides. Their office on Park Boulevard doesn't have enough walk-in space to support direct sales, but the folks working there will be helping stock shelves around DFW. A lesser-known retailer, UAC International, now occupies a combination office and warehouse in Grapevine's industrial district that will support their African Grocery Store in Richardson.
The Blair Switch Project at Import Car Center
New name, same focus: Import Car Center is now Blair Automotive Grapevine. Owners of European vehicles can expect the same level of care and attention, and Blair promises to get you back on the road faster than a faraway dealership with an overcrowded shop. Inspections, repairs, and regular maintenance will all be available on-site; no wandering around in the woods with an outdated camcorder required.
Need a Canvas for that Work of Art in Your Garage?
If you're committed to pampering your vehicle (European or otherwise), the folks at Artisan Garage Floors can get you started on the right foot. Their team specializes in coated floor finishes and polished concrete, making them a great partner in protecting your residential garage or prepping a commercial space for lifelong use. With options for industrial users, restaurants, and concrete that only needs a patch, the team at Artisan is a group you might actually want to have underfoot.
The Crown Jewel of Towne Center
If you think art is better parked on a finger than in your garage, Grapevine's newest jewelers may be more your speed. The NASR Brothers are bringing their brand to Grapevine Towne Center! The store, set to backfill Haltom's Fine Jeweler's, will be the sixth in the family's portfolio and offer the same broad variety of finery as in Denton, Garland, Fairview, Rockwall, and Highland Village. No matter your budget, their team can help you find custom jewelry, luxury timepieces, or affordable accessories to match.
