Summer is special here in Grapevine, with thousands of visitors dropping in for vacations and staycations all over town. Just as our hotels, restaurants, and retail stores see a summer surge, plenty of corporate and office users brave the 100-degree heat to move into Grapevine. Here's a list of a few that recently chose to relocate, expand, or launch in our community, according to Certificates of Occupancy issued by City staff.
Grapevine Gets a Branch of the Painted Tree
The much-anticipated expansion of a beloved boutique brand arrives just in time for summer! Guests at The Painted Tree - Grapevine can peruse over 30,000 square feet of retail options, subdivided into individual booths and (thankfully) contained under one air-conditioned roof. You'll find everything from customizable collectibles to jewelry and accessories here, with a single point of sale at the front of the store that guarantees a streamlined and convenient experience.
Gameway Offers Travelers a Smooth LANding
If you've flown out of DFW International Airport recently, you may have spotted two spacious new Gameway gaming lounges in Terminal B and Terminal E. Those ostentatious arcades don't just pop up on their own; they're planned and placed by a parent company with a new corporate office on N Main Street here in Grapevine! Each oasis for gamers on the go now has a connection to our beloved town… but there's no word yet on whether an eccentric programmer will be hiding Easter eggs in the Historic District.
Making Construction SEMA Bit Less Complicated
With so much manufacturing returning to the States and an influx of new infrastructure projects in North Texas, it's no surprise to see construction companies setting up shop in the middle of DFW. SEMA Construction is one of several builders to open an office in Grapevine over the last few years, and given their expertise in airports, rail projects, and utilities, we can't think of a better location.

Get Your Mac Back on Track at MacDaddy's
You know that thing where your iPhone suddenly goes from top-of-the-line to full of glitches? The folks at MacDaddy's do. And they know how to fix it. Specializing in refurbishment and repair for Apple products, the new tenant at the old Bank of America on Main Street is here to help you get your gear back online (or replaced at a fraction of the cost). If your iOS is sending an SOS, this is the place to get a second bite at the Apple.
