Whether folks are looking to build or re-build their business, there's no better place than Grapevine, Texas. Just take a look at the new businesses that arrived or are scheduled to arrive this month in Grapevine! Just about every month, we see new restaurants, retailers, healthcare providers, and services open their doors somewhere in this fine City. Here's a representative list based on certificates of occupancy for the last 30 days:

South Grapevine Runs on Dunkin'

The rumors are true! Grapevine is getting a Dunkin' (the artists formerly known as Dunkin' Donuts) at Vineyard Marketplace on Glade Road. Once known exclusively for sugary treats and high-octane coffee, Dunkin' has expanded the brand to include more options without sacrificing any of the most popular items on the menu. There's no shortage of great coffee in Grapevine, and it's always nice to add another well-loved brand to the mix.

We Have No Idea What Laernü is But It's Here

Like many things arriving in the vicinity of the old Bed, Bath, and Beyond, Laernü is a little... different. Purportedly a fitness and lifestyle brand dedicated to helping clients find their "selfs," Laernü is currently offering a cozy place for shoppers at Grapevine Mills to relax and reflect. Literally. Like many kiosks and pop-ups, this vendor's strange mirrored surfaces and cryptic claw machine prizes won't be around forever, so be sure to swing by ahead of the grand opening of The Real Unreal

Grapevine Mills to Open Pandora's Box

While the original myth implies a fairly small jar, the Pandora opening at Grapevine Mills will be a few thousand square feet bigger. And filled with quality jewelry rather than terrible plagues. Whether you're on the hunt for special charms or a diamond for that special someone, your best hope may just be Grapevine's newest jeweler. You'll find them inside the former Sleep Number store at the heart of the center.

Under Construction: Carwash Damaged in December Storms

We don't usually feature renovations or relocations within the City, but this one felt noteworthy. The tornadoes that swept through Grapevine back in December left scars all over Grapevine, and it's nice to see some of the more badly damaged structures getting the facelifts they deserve. Recovering after a disaster is a process, and to see this carwash getting a little TLC reminds us that we can weather any storm.

Got Back Pain? Let Illumin8 Set You Str8

If you've ever spent so much time strolling Main Street that you started getting sore, you have a new ally in Dr. Jon Mark Horton. His practice just opened in a boutique space along College Street, right at the heart of the historic district. Illumin8 is customer-oriented and focused on serving each and every client with kindness even as they work to realign spines and tackle joint pain.
