New in Grapevine: January 2025

Blog, News
Most of us take a week or two to relax and reset at the end of the year, but business is never slow in Grapevine! Here's a selective sampling of retailers and service providers who opened their doors recently, according to certificates of occupancy filed with the City:
The Newest Family Business at Grapevine Mills is Fur Real
Unless you're into furs and winterwear, Gorski is probably new to you. But for fans of luxury coats and home goods, the family-owned business out of Montreal is a household name. They've set up a new outlet store here in Grapevine, offering a selection of their famous items and a go-to resource for storage and support. They'll be offering outerwear and accessories for both men and women, so everyone looking to expand their wardrobe this winter should pop in and see if they're faux real.
Folks Who Want to Help You Find a Home Found Theirs Here
Between Stellar Title Company and LoanDepot, Grapevine homebuyers have the full gamut of resources this year. Stellar identifies as woman-owned and offers tools for commercial, residential, and investment real estate buyers. LoanDepot is designed with first-time buyers in mind, but offers tools that nearly anyone in the market could use. Between the two of them, we're confident Grapevine has never been on better footing. After all, homes are kind of like trees… the best time to get one was a hundred years ago and the next best time is almost always right now.
You Can't Spell “Yes I Do” without IES
…and trust us, you need at least one thing IES Residential provides. Their combination office and warehouse on Minters Chapel accounts for more than half the new inventory in Grapevine this month by floor space, and they're going to need every inch because they supply everything from solar panels to cables in residential construction. With more single-family and multifamily homes coming to the metroplex in the years ahead, we expect to see truckloads of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical parts moving through Grapevine soon. That's more than a pipe dream: it involves wires and panels, too.
These New Salons Really Nailed the Timing
Two salons, both alike in dignity, in fair Grapevine where we lay our scene… okay, there's no evidence of an ancient grudge between Polished and Grapevine Nails & Spa. It seems unlikely there would be: the former is new to South Grapevine while the latter just expanded its storefront on the other side of Highway 114. But we think Romeo and Juliet would have been way more colorful if the Capulets and Montagues feuded over the difference between traditional nail care practices (House Nails & Spa) and vegan-friendly alternatives (House Polished).
You Deserve to Shine from Head to Toe
If you're hoping to polish more than a few cuticles, Grapevine's newest med spa might be more your speed. Lévre Medical Aesthetics offers a range of services; including hair restoration/removal, body contouring, injections, skin rejuvenation, and IV therapy. Owners Nagila Cabral and Kayla Puri believe everyone should be comfortable in their skin. Who better to lift you up?
