News, Blog
There are over 60,000 square feet of new business in Grapevine this month! As always, we want to celebrate the diversity of our local economy by highlighting just how many different concepts choose Grapevine as their launchpad or expansion point. According to Certificates of Occupancy issued in August, you have new options for everything from denim to design. Here's a sample:
Grapevine Mills Adds Another Texas Legend
With roots that are almost as old as Grapevine itself, Dickies is a perfect fit for our community. Their new site near Entry 5 at Grapevine Mills features over 4,000 square feet of retail space, with men's clothing listed as the main draw. But the brand has evolved from its early denim days to offer scrubs, accessories, and clothing for all ages. No matter what you're looking for, they've got you coverall'ed.
They're In Four States, Now They Want to Raise the Roof in Grapevine
Don't be fooled by their humble office on Wall Street, Hustad Companies, Inc is a big deal. The new sales office is their first in DFW, connecting remote staff here with the rest of the Texas team in Austin. The company handles residential and commercial roofing needs from Texas to Wisconsin, with offices in Madison, Omaha, and Colorado Springs. That's a lot of clients, but they're dedicated to taking great care of every shingle one.
Grapevine Towne Center's Ambitious New Tenant
Dancers (and parents of dancers) will recognize Ambition Dance Productions as a longstanding Grapevine business, but they've pirouetted into new digs next to Target in the middle of town. Their professional instructors can help artists of every level, from Drill Team members to musical theater stars, and the new location opens up plenty of space for movers and shakers. You could say they're raising the barre.
This New Beauty Bar Absolutely Nails the Assignment
Do you think fingernails are a canvas waiting to be crafted into a masterpiece? If so, the artists at French Nails & Beauty Bar - Grapevine are your people. Boasting a serene environment and some truly striking designs, this specialty salon can handle everything from manicures to eyelash extensions. There's probably a great pun in there somewhere, but we can't seem to put our fingers on it (they're still drying).
Kat Black Has Designs on Grapevine
Based in Southlake, Kat Black Interiors offers a multi-step design process that will ease clients into the space of their dreams. Founder and namesake Kat Black has over 15 years of experience here in DFW, and her new office on Hughes Road is sure to be one of the most immaculately designed spaces in South Grapevine. Luxe says she's “one to watch,” and her portfolio has us wondering if any rooms in City Hall need to be blacklisted.
