News, Blog
The leaves haven't quite dropped yet, but there's always something new in Grapevine… even when the seasons refuse to change! So many businesses choose Grapevine from month to month that we usually have to narrow this report to a representative few, but here are some of the latest to receive a Certificate of Occupancy.
Grapevine Says Yes to ALL the Dresses
Who wouldn't want to turn the search for their perfect wedding dress into a day on Grapevine Main Street? We'll be on the lookout for brides-to-be in the historic district now that Grapevine Bridal Boutique is open at the corner of Main Street and Northwest Highway. With a wide selection of designers and starting prices that range from $1,000 to $3,800, this customer-facing shop is sure to please shoppers for any budget. (Yes, gentlemen, wedding dresses are worth that much and more).
It's That Time of Year Again!
It wouldn't be October without Spirit Halloween, would it? America's most recognizable seasonal retail is back in Grapevine, ready to provide everything you need for All Hallow's Eve and beyond. Costumes, props, and decorations are all on the table, with over 20,000 square feet to explore off Highway 114. New-age shoppers can peruse the online inventory, but we all know the real adventure is wandering around the aisles until something grabs you. Metaphorically. Probably.
(Your Best Ever) Day at the Museum
House of Shine isn't new to Grapevine; they've been helping our community members "find their shine" for years. But the immaculately decorated meeting space, discovery center, and community resource is now properly classified as a Museum in our records here at City Hall! If you haven't been in yet, you owe it to yourself to drop by and learn a little more about who you are, what you love, and how to make the most of that knowledge.
MEC The Most of Your Next Commercial Build
General Contractors have been flocking to DFW as the metroplex expands, creating a huge demand for builders of all sorts. Florida-based MEC General Contractors chose Grapevine for their home base in North Texas, and we couldn't be more excited to have such an experienced company in the market. They specialize in Commercial builds, which is great because we expect a lot more growth in the years ahead.
Great Deals on Luggage? Give It TUMI
This close to an international airport, a world-class luggage company just makes too much sense. Tumi will be selling bags, accessories, and high-quality gear for travelers out of a new 2,012 square-foot space inside Grapevine Mills. We fully expect to see folks walking out with shiny new luggage stuffed to bursting with great finds from all over Grapevine soon… because why pack a little bag for souvenirs when you can buy a great one you'll actually use?
